Terms of Service

By accessing or using Veylo ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including without limitation users who are browsers, registered members, and contributors of content.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use Veylo.
• If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use the Platform under any circumstances.
• By using Veylo, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.
• Veylo is not directed at children. If we become aware that a user is under 18, access will be immediately revoked.

You agree not to use Veylo to:

• Share, transmit, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors — this is strictly illegal and will be reported to authorities.
• Harass, bully, threaten, stalk, or intimidate other users.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
• Conduct or facilitate illegal activities of any kind.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without express permission.
• Exploit the anonymous nature of the Platform to evade consequences for harmful behavior.
• Share non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn").
• Incite violence, hatred, or discrimination against any group.
• Solicit personal information from other users for malicious purposes.
• Engage in any form of spam, flooding, or mass messaging.

While Veylo does not permanently store content, you are responsible for any content you transmit through the Platform during your session.

• Do not share content that violates any applicable law.
• Do not share copyrighted material without authorization.
• Do not share content designed to deceive or defraud.
• Adult content may only be shared in designated rooms marked for adult content and only between consenting adults.

Veylo has a zero tolerance policy for harassment. This includes:

• Repeated unwanted contact after a user has signaled they wish to end the conversation.
• Sharing personal information of other users without their consent ("doxxing").
• Sexual harassment or unwanted sexual advances.
• Coordinated harassment campaigns.
• Slurs, hate speech, or dehumanizing language targeting any group.

If you experience harassment, use the Report button. Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes action within 24 hours.

Veylo's anonymity features are provided for privacy protection, not to shield illegal behavior:

• Anonymity does not exempt you from legal liability for your actions.
• We may disclose information to law enforcement when legally required.
• Attempting to unmask other users without their consent is prohibited.

The Veylo name, logo, UI design, and codebase are the intellectual property of Veylo and its creators. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Platform code without permission.
• Use the Veylo brand or name in any commercial context without written consent.
• Create derivative works that imply affiliation with Veylo.

Veylo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. Use the Platform at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veylo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us (which for free users is zero).

To report a violation:

• Use the Report button within any room or match session.
• Visit our Contact page to submit a detailed report.
• For urgent safety issues, contact local law enforcement directly.

Enforcement actions include: warning, temporary IP restriction, permanent IP ban, and law enforcement referral for serious violations.

We reserve the right to block or ban any user, IP address, or session at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate for the safety of our community.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Major changes will be announced via a banner on the Platform.
